ADAY is looking for someone amazing to help with our Popup in London. We're looking for someone to help provide our clients the best possible shopping experience including, but not limited to, being an expert on the whole ADAY collection, having great conversations with customers + assisting them with any advice or issues (including processing returns and exchanges). Our ideal candidate is highly organized, tidy, goes above and beyond to make our customer experience excellent and, most of all, has a strong “client-first” mindset.
This will be a part-time role for the duration of our London popup. Experience in Retail and Customer Service is highly valued.

Talking to customers about ADAY
Helping customers with any styling questions and providing advice
Coming up with new and exciting ways to delight our customers
Being the voice of our customers by feeding back to team ADAY
Making sure our showroom inventory is always updated and constantly liaising with the rest of the team to replenish stock
Working as a core member of a small team with limited resources; an awesome challenge
Challenging our assumptions :-)
