ADAY is looking for an incredible individual to lead our Operations, overseeing our e-commerce operations, leading inventory planning and optimizing our supply chain. This includes (and is not limited to) business analytics, forecasting, strategy and implementation, logistics, shipping and e-commerce.

You will manage our e-commerce and inventory systems and work closely with the Web Product team to implement strategic initiatives, improve the customer experience and push new features live. You will also be working closely with the Product team in leading inventory planning, leading internal and external meetings, managing our warehouse partners, freight forwarders and identify new partners. Finally, you will be working closely with the Founders on finance, forecasting, merchandising and accounting.

The role involves an analytical approach to supply chain and shipping, as well as the hands-on execution and management of many third party relationships. You will challenge and optimize our existing setup, identify cost savings, lead time reductions and new opportunities. You will also lead new initiatives such as setting up offline pop-up stores experiences. In the next 12 months, we expect you to build out an Operations team.

Optimization problems are fun for you and you enjoy figuring out the best way to solve everyday tasks. You are super organized, highly analytical and you're excited about the prospect of building out the Operations team for a fast growing direct-to-consumer brand.

You’ll have experience in either finance, analytics, consulting or supply chain. We're merely looking for an incredibly smart and hungry individual who is capable and curious enough to learn. The right individual will be excited about building our new Operations team: we are growing fast and expect you to grow with us!


  • Develop deep in-house expertise of shipping, logistics and international trade

  • Optimization of the company’s supply chain including main ship, import and export ways as well as e-commerce shipping

  • Identify providers to meet new needs, deliver cost savings or lead time reduction

  • Day-to-day operations and management the company's main carriers, freight forwarders, custom brokers, 3PL and other supply chain stakeholders

  • Introduce compliance standards and measure compliance along the supply chain

  • Manage stakeholders and build out an operations team

  • Be part of creating the foundation for an industry disrupting brand

  • Be excited about working with a small team as core member, and see it as a challenge


  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Superb attention to detail

  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks whilst staying calm even under pressure

  • A basic understanding of supply chain processes, transportation, international trade and import / exports

  • ...and even if not, most importantly a curiosity to build a strong knowledge base in his topic

  • Management or consulting experience in a supply chain related function, strategy consultancy or another analytical role

  • A Bachelor or Master degree in Maths, Sciences, Management, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field, or MBA degree
